OUR MOTHER OF PERPETUAL HELP ICON WOOD WEIGHT

Printed on this wood weight is the icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help where the Child clings to his Mother’s hand. The Mother holds the Child’s hand reassuringly. This icon has special importance for the Redemptorists, who were asked by Pope Pius IX to “make her known throughout the world.”
